Empowering you to understand what’s happening in your body, so you can make the right choice for you.

As women we are often expected to put up with things. Painful periods, fertility problems, pelvic pain, problems after birth, or age-related issues, but we shouldn’t have to. These things aren’t ‘normal’ and we shouldn’t be 'fobbed off' with meaningless tests or drugs that won’t help in the long run.

There is another way. A way to understand your body and look at it holistically as a whole, rather than treating the symptoms you’re experiencing. If you’ve found your way here because you’re looking for answers or an alternative approach to what you’re being given, then welcome. I want you to know you’re in the right place.

I help women every day take back their power and create huge shifts in their bodies and I’d love to help you do the same. I understand how frustrating it can be when your pain and suffering are dismissed or written off, but I want to help you get to the bottom of it, so we can look at how to change what you’re going through.

Testimonials

Gill was recommended to me while I was on my journey to conceive as it was suggested that osteopathy could help. I had suspected issues with my kidneys due to my body taking a long time to flush out toxins and I also had one ovary that worked less efficiently than the other. Gill was knowledgeable, thorough, patient, kind and friendly. She went above and beyond to listen and understand so that she could help me with my issues. Not only did Gill help my body to function better but the calm environment she offers really helped with the anxiety I was experiencing at the time. I am very grateful to Gill for how she has helped me.

Before seeing Gill, I had hit a bit of a brick wall with managing my condition. Having made lots of changes to my lifestyle, I was still experiencing a lot of discomfort and debilitating pain. The person who recommended her to me called her 'the big guns' - and I thought - I like the sound the sound of that! I've now been seeing her consistently for over 18 months, and when I say she has worked wonders, it's an understatement. Her specialist knowledge combined with extraordinary patience and ability to listen, means every treatment is completely tailored to your body's needs. Sometimes she knows what you need more than you do! Thank you Gill!

My partner and I had been trying to conceive for around a year and a half and were going through the standard NHS fertility tests. Nothing had come up, and they recommended I have an exploratory surgery to check for endometriosis (despite having no symptoms). Feeling this was unnecessarily invasive, I was lucky enough to find Gill instead. I initially contacted her to ask whether she would be able to carry out an assessment on the likelihood of me having endo. However, during the first appointment, she went far beyond this. Gill is an extremely competent and experienced osteopath and she considered my whole body and nervous system in her assessment. Most of the time was spent working viscerally on my organs, which helped relieve some 'sticky' areas, as well as digestion. She works holistically, understanding that fertility goes beyond our reproductive system. Following this first appointment, I already noticed a difference in ongoing lower back pain and digestion. I saw Gill a second time and later became pregnant. I'm sure she contributed to this and gave my system a helping hand. I cannot recommend Gill enough to anyone, but particularly for women experiencing any issues with fertility, endometriosis, digestive issues or any pain or alignment problems. Her treatments are gentle and she is incredibly warm and kind, considering patients' whole history. Thank you, Gill!
